      Where do you ship from?

      We ship goods from China.

      When will the order be shipped after completion?

      Sent out within 24 hours after successful order placement

      How long do I need to wait to receive the goods?

      We ship all orders within 24 hours, however, delivery times vary depending on the location.
      Please check our shipping page to view which countries we currently ship to and their estimated delivery times.

      All orders are processed and shipped normally, but slight delays are possible due to the carrier’s backlog caused by the ongoing global situation. The logistics chain doesn’t depend solely on us, however, we strive to deliver items as quickly as possible.

      How to track my order?

      As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the parcel at your own convenience.

      Besides, you can always track the order on our website here, and if you have any doubts about the displayed tracking number status, feel free to contact us.

      Note: Due to the carrier system, your tracking number information may take up to 48 hours to be visible on the carrier website.

      What should I do if my tracking number is not recognized on the carrier's website?

      Please allow 48 hours for an update to be displayed on the tracking site. It can happen that carriers experience slight delays, and additional time is required for the tracking number to be updated.

      In case you have any concerns, or you can’t track your parcel even after a few days, please contact us. We’ll check everything right away.

      My parcel is not moving or updating - What should I do?

      Sometimes carriers experience a slight delay in updating tracking statuses.
      This can happen due to bad weather, holidays, customs checks, and backlogs.

      However, that doesn’t necessarily mean the package is not on the way to your address.
      Please allow additional 3-5 days for the tracking number to be updated.

      In case you have any concerns, or the tracking number is not updated even after a few days, please contact us.

      Why is my order late?

      If you haven’t received the order, and the delivery time stated on the shipping methods page is passed, please check the latest update in the tracking number.
      Sometimes carriers experience slight delays due to bad weather, holidays, customs checks, and backlogs, and an additional couple of days are required for the parcel to be delivered.

      In case there isn’t a clear update on the tracking number, and the delivery date has passed, or if you have any concerns, please contact us. We’ll check everything right away.

      Are the shipments insured?

      All our packages are insured and handled with care. However, if you are experiencing any issues with your order, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist you.

      What is your refund policy?

      If you are not happy with the purchase, or you received an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

      Even though we have our 30 days return policy, please do not return anything before contacting us.
      Our team will review the request and provide information about the next steps.

      Free items from special offers are final sale. Please note that returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available in this case.

      Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

      As soon as the order is successfully finalized, you will receive the confirmation email. Please make sure to add shopify@gemupone.com to your contact list so the email doesn’t end up in the spam or promo folders.

      Besides, you will receive an email once your order is shipped with the tracking number so you can follow the parcel at your own convenience, and one email when your order is out for delivery.

      If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please contact us and we will check everything right away.

      Can I add a non-English shipping address?

      Even though we are shipping worldwide, our carriers are requesting for the shipping address to be written in English.
      Also, the phone number is required when providing shipping information so the carrier can easily contact you.

      Can I change my order after placing it?

      Our main goal is to process all orders quickly and flawlessly. Once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes as it’s already on the way. So, if you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try our best to assist you.

      I accidentally ordered more than 1 product - What should I do?

      Don't panic! We're here to help! Until your order is shipped, we can absolutely change it. Therefore, if you accidentally ordered more than one item, please contact us as soon as possible because we process the orders within 24 hours.

      How do I cancel my order?

      When you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! The packing and shipping process starts immediately. Once the order is processed at the warehouse we are not able to cancel it, so please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order so we can react right away.

      What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

      We're sincerely sorry if you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Don't worry! Contact us and we will set things right immediately. When reaching out, please send the order number and photo/video of the item(s) in question so our team can help as quickly as possible.

      My tracking is showing my parcel is being returned to sender - What should I do?

      Due to a wrong or insufficient address, your tracking status is showing as being returned.
      Don't worry! We'll make sure to help you with this.

      Reach out to our team and make sure to provide the following information so we can help you as quickly as possible:

      • Order number;
      • Email address used to place the order.

      How can I make payment?

      Wherever you are in the world, and whatever size order you might have, we have multiple payment solutions to get your factory production started. After you have done it once, you’ll discover that international trade is as easy as a visit to your local convenience store.

      Our website supports PayPal and credit card payments and bank transfer, but If you need use other payment methods, please contact us.

      PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. When you select Paypal as the payment method, you just need to check out the order directly and then pay as the prompt.

      You can pay as a guest(in case you do not have a paypal account) and use your credit card such as Visa or Mastercard.

      a) Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.

      b) Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account).

      c) PayPal will protect your personal details if you choose to pay by credit card, which limits the risk of unauthorized use.
